The project consists of replacing boilers at Bear Creek Elementary School, at 51 S.E. 13th St. in Bend. Work includes removal of one boiler and associated heat exchangers, demolition of steam piping, and installation of two Aerco hot water boilers and associated pumps and hydronic piping. Notice of intent to award will be issued Aug. 4. Substantial completion of the project is scheduled for Aug. 26 and all work shall be completed by Oct. 7.
