The purpose of this bid is to establish a contract for construction of a new home at the Jewell Meadows Wildlife Area, at 80198 state Route 202 in Seaside.

The project calls for a site-constructed three-bedroom, two-bath home with pre-engineered roof trusses. The home will have approximately 1,600 square feet of living area, including a dining room, a rear living room and a kitchen. Energy Star/Super Good Cents home certification is required. As a bid alternate, a manufactured home will be considered.

Demolition shall include removal of an existing manufactured home and foundation. No axels are present.

The project estimate is $130,000, and final completion will be 120 days from notice to proceed.
