The city of Lake Oswego intends to advertise an invitation to bid on landscaping for 126 sites totaling more than 50 acres. The successful bidder will provide landscape maintenance for city-designated rights-of-way, facilities, water sites and other sites. This will include, but not be limited to: mowing, edging, leaf removal, plant care, trimming, blowing, weeding, chemical application, sweeping, fertilizing, mulching, turf maintenance, bench maintenance, litter pickup, parking lot cleanup and blackberry removal.

However, the city has determined that all persons or firms that bid must first be prequalified. It is mandatory that all persons/firms who intend to submit a bid, first submit a complete and fully executed application for bidder prequalification, provide all materials requested and be approved by the city to be on the final qualified bidders list. Bids will not be accepted from persons/firms that have not been prequalified.
