Harper Houf Peterson Righellis Inc. announced the additions of Stefanie Slyman, Michael O’Brien, Michael Merrigan, Monica Krueger, Todd Flemming, Peter Coffman, Greg Gottfried and Penny Williams.

Slyman merged her consulting practice with HHPR. She has 20 years of consulting experience in the public and private sectors.

O’Brien is a registered landscape architect and has nearly 20 years of professional experience managing the design and construction of private commercial and residential development and public infrastructure projects.

Merrigan was with the Oregon Department of Transportation previously. He has more than 31 years experience in all phases of transportation projects from simple urban reconstruction to complex bridge projects.

Krueger is a civil engineer with HHPR. She has 10 years of experience, including roadway improvement projects and light-rail and streetcar development.

Fleming is a civil designer at HHPR. He has five years of experience in bridge and roadway improvement projects.

Coffman started as an HHPR intern through the Civil Engineering Cooperative Program and is now a full-time civil designer.

Gottfried is an information technology administrator with an extensive background in IT management, systems administration and web design.

Williams joins HHPR as a marketing coordinator. She was the Society for Marketing Professional Services’ New Member of the Year in 2010.
