David Evans and Associates makes executive appointments

David Evans and Associates Inc. recently made several new executive appointments.
Jay Lyman is now executive vice president. He presently leads the firm’s transportation business segment. He has held several leadership positions, including chief operating officer and vice president of professional services, in more than 20 years with DEA.
Cindi Polychronis was named chief administrative officer. Polychronis, a senior vice president, joined DEA in 2002 as director of human resources. As CAO, Polychronis will be responsible for the company’s corporate communications, human resources, risk management departments, and regional business managers.
Michelle Willis, a senior associate, was named DEA’s director of human resources. Willis joined the firm in 2007 as assistant director of human resources.
