Bluestone & Hockley Real Estate Services recently hired five people and promoted one.
Donald “Don” Loyd joined the firm as a principal broker. He has worked as a real estate agent and broker, investor, developer, general contractor and corporate marketing vice president over the past 38 years.
Julie Richard-Schutrop joined Bluestone & Hockley as a broker. She has represented clients in multifamily investment transactions for more than seven years.
Matthew Seidel also was hired as a broker. He has extensive experience in mortgage lending and managing acquisition and development projects for top-tier area developers.
AnnMarie Dickson has joined the firm as a property manager, bringing more than 10 years of experience in the field. She previously was chief financial officer of a firm she operated with her husband.
Noni Smith has joined the firm as a community association manager. She previously worked with Destination Hotels and Resorts for more than five years.
Nicole Caraway was promoted from multifamily assistant to property manager.
