AIA Washington Council elects board of directors

The American Institute of Architects Washington Council has elected its 2011 Board of Directors. The new board will be headed by President Peter T. S. Rasmussen of Architects Rasmussen Tribelhorn.

Other executive board members are: President-elect Mark Jenefsky, Secretary-Treasurer Lois Wardell and Past President Jon Hopwood.

The 2011 board also includes: Howard Rickard, senior architect for Tetra Tech Engineering & Architecture Services; Bob Wardell, founding partner of Wardell Architects; Julie Blazek, partner at HKP Architects; Rick Benner, Western Washington University executive director of capital planning and development; Phil Duff, principal with NBBJ; Kjell Anderson, project architect for Callison; Les Gerstman, project architect for BLRB; Mike Slater, principal with McGranahan Architects; Tim White, project manager at Integrus Architecture; Dave Huotari, principal with ALSC Architects; Sue Mangin, independent architect; and Ryan Wilson, architect for Wilson Associates, Architects and Planners.
