Steven Prewitt, a shareholder in the Portland office of Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt, was appointed to the board of directors for the Oregon Bioscience Association.

The association supports the bioscience community through networking, educational programs, enterprise support, advocacy and the enhancement of research collaboration.

Prewitt serves as the leader of Schwabe’s intellectual property and patent law practice group. He focuses his practice in preparation/prosecution, commercialization and enforcement of utility and design patents.
