Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt recently named Brantley Shumaker as an associate in its intellectual property group.

Shumaker has prepared license agreements in the software, biotechnology and digital imaging fields, and has litigated claims relating to patents, trademarks, copyrights and trade secrets. He will continue to focus his practice in the area of intellectual property.

Shumaker previously was an associate at Kolisch Hartwell PC. He teaches as an adjunct professor at the University of Oregon School of Law.
