The Oregon-Columbia chapter of the National Electrical Contractors Association has elected new officers. They are: President Gary Severe, vice president of Tice Electric Co.; Vice President Darrell McNeel, president and CEO of Capitol Electric Co. Inc.; Treasurer Shawn Dunigan, president of ABC Electric; and Governor Karl Jensen, president of West-Side Electric.
Other board members are: Jeff Holmes, vice president of operations for Cochran Inc.; Mark Walter, president of Christenson Electric; and Timothy Gauthier, executive manager of the Oregon-Columbia chapter of NECA.
Also, the NECA’s Board of Governors voted unanimously to elect George Adams as vice president of District 6, which includes Oregon, Washington and Alaska.
Adams has been active in NECA since 1996 and has served on the Oregon-Columbia chapter’s board as vice president, president and governor. He presently is chairman of the local labor management, labor negotiations and steering committees. Adams also serves on the Council on Industrial Relations.
