Oregon Labor Commissioner Brad Avakian has named cochairmen for the Prevailing Wage Advisory Committee for 2011. The cochairman representing labor is Norman Malbin of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 48. Shawn Miller, counsel for Associated Builders and Contractors and the Independent Electrical Contractors of Oregon, is the management cochairman.
