Holland Development, a leading developer of multifamily communities in the West, has appointed Tom Parsons as partner in charge of its Pacific Northwest region.

Parsons has more than 25 years of development experience in the Puget Sound region. For the past 13 years, Parsons was senior vice president and a managing principal for Opus Northwest in the Pacific Northwest.
