Dan Bozich, senior vice president of Urban Works Real Estate, was named Starbucks Coffee Co.’s Top Broker on the West Coast in 2010. Bozich has worked with Starbucks for more than 10 years. He played an integral role in securing multiple locations for the company in both the central city and suburban markets. He has contributed to more than 75 stores opening in Oregon and Southwest Washington.
