Lee Weinstein and Associates Inc., a public relations agency based in Portland and the Columbia Gorge, announced it is representing four new clients: Hi-Tec Sports USA, the Oregon College Savings Plan, the Bicycle Transportation Alliance and Oregon Manifest. LWA also announced that Anneli Ballard, who formerly worked in communications for Nike Inc. and Cole Haan, will be its first associate in New York City.
