PDC names new director

Patrick Quinton, business and industry manager at the Portland Development Commission, has been tapped to become the agency’s executive director.
Quinton will replace Bruce Warner, who announced last year he will retire. Quinton will start Feb. 23, pending approval of the PDC Board.
Quinton, who has been with the PDC for three years, helped shape the city鈥檚 and played a critical role in the recruitment of Vestas and ReVolt, as well as the formation of the , according to a release from the PDC.
Quinton previously worked with Textron Financial Corporation and ShoreBank Corporation.
