Neil Kelly Co. announced the acquisition of Seattle Design Build LLC. Nine of the 10 Washington-based employees will remain with the company, including one of the original founders, Carolyn Boardman, who will continue to oversee daily operations as general manager of the Seattle office. Neil Kelly Co. now employs 130 employees in five offices.
