Harding promoted to NBS VP

NBS Financial‘s Todd Harding was recently promoted to senior vice president. He joined NBS Financial in 1995, when the company acquired Harding Fletcher Co. He was NBS Financial’s 2008 Finance Officer of the Year, as the company’s top producer. He arranges financing for office, industrial, retail and multifamily projects.
