Many companies’ employees will soon begin filling out brackets in anticipation of the NCAA college basketball tournament. Why try to beat them when you can join them? Below is a bracket, but not for predicting winners of basketball games. Rather, choose the biggest work-related headaches.

It’s simple – evaluate the matchups below, and pick a “winner” for each one. Continue to narrow the field for each region until only the “final four” remain. Then e-mail those four most significant issues to [email protected]. Next month, I’ll offer some practical tips for dealing with readers’ top four picks.
