Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt recently honored shareholder Carmen Calzacorta with its John L. Schwabe Client Service Award, annually given to an attorney who goes above and beyond in dedication and service to clients.

The firm makes a $1,000 donation to the nonprofit organization of the award recipient’s choice. Calzacorta chose the donation to be divided equally between SOLV and Special Olympics Oregon.

Calzacorta’s practice focuses on corporate law, with an emphasis on securities law compliance; corporate finance transactions, mergers and acquisitions; corporate governance and general business advice. Calzacorta graduated from the University of Oregon’s School of Law with a juris doctor degree.
