There’s a new name attached to the president’s seat of the Oregon chapter of the National Association of Minority Entrepreneurs.
Mark Matthews was elected to the position by an “overwhelming” majority, according to the organization. He will take over from outgoing president Maurice Rahming of .
Matthews is the president of Pacificmark Construction, which he owns and operates with his wife, Deborah. The company serves as a general contractor on commercial, health care and public works projects.
Also elected to leadership seats for NAMC Oregon were Gill Carreon of Liberty Steel as vice president, Vicqui Guevara of Valley Growers Nursery and Landscape as secretary-treasurer, and Faye Burch, who was re-elected as the organization’s DMWESB consultant.
