Umpqua Bank recently hired Charissa Anderson as vice president and adviser for its private bank division.聽She will be based in Portland and oversee wealth management solutions. Anderson has more than 10 years of experience, including estate planning, complex credit issues, banking services and customized investment services. She was previously a private client manager for Bank of America’s private bank division.
