Matthews elected NAMCO president

Mark Matthews recently was elected president of the Oregon chapter of the National Association of Minority Contractors. Matthews is the president of Pacificmark Construction, a firm he owns and manages with his wife, Deborah. He will take over for outgoing NAMC Oregon President Maurice Rahming of O鈥橬eill Electric.
