First Independent promotes Elmer, Contreras

First Independent recently promoted Alicia Elmer to vice president and client services manager and Sheena Contreras to client services team leader in the “virtual bank” that delivers financial services to clients through channels other than branch offices.

Elmer joined the bank in 2005.聽She manages customer service in the bank’s call center and manages online account starts and mobile banking services.

Contreras joined First Independent in November 2005 as a client services specialist.
