CB Richard Ellis Group recently appointed Michael N. Wells as managing director and market leader for its business lines in Portland. Wells has more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate.

Wells was most recently a principal with CresaPartners in Portland. He also was a local founding partner for Panattoni Development Co. in both Portland and Seattle, and was a founding principal for Otis Wells Development.聽Before holding those positions, he spent nearly 15 years as an industrial broker for Cushman & Wakefield in Portland.

Also, Mike Sloop recently joined CB Richard Ellis as a senior project manager for the Oregon Health & Science University global corporate services account and the Portland market.
