Kelly Saito recently was named president of Gerding Edlen Development, by CEO Mark Edlen. Saito, most recently the chief operating officer of the firm, will oversee all daily operations. He has been with the company for the past 15 years, and has been responsible for the on-time and on-budget construction of more than 13 million square feet of office, high-technology, retail and multifamily properties with an aggregate value of nearly $5 billion.

Also, promotions took place within the company’s senior leadership team. Brent Gaulke, Jill Sherman and Patrick Wilde all are now vice presidents of development, and Damin Tarlow is vice president of asset management.
