Manor Homes recently hired John Colgate as director of sales and marketing.

Colgate will focus on sales operations and creative marketing. He is also the primary contact for on-site home sales at Village on the Glen, a Vancouver, Wash., community built by Manor Homes. Colgate previously spent three years as vice president of operations for Pacific Tech Construction and seven years as director of sales and marketing for Rockford Homes Inc. He has been involved in more than 1,200 new home construction transactions since 2000.
