Kappes receives SIOR designation

Scott Kappes, senior vice president of Capacity Commercial Group LLC, recently received the industrial and office specialist SIOR designation from the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors of Oregon. The designation is a professional symbol of the highest level of knowledge, production and ethics in the real estate industry. Kappes has been in the industrial real estate brokerage business for more than 25 years.
