Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt recently hired Rob Burton as its new chief operating officer. He will take the place of Donald Williams, who retired after more than 25 years with the firm.

Burton will be responsible for managing the firm鈥檚 overall business and operational functions. He previously was director of finance for Holland & Hart LLP, a Denver-based law firm. He has more than 20 years of financial, public accounting and law firm management experience.
