Cornforth Consultants Inc., a Portland-based geotechnical engineering firm, recently appointed Andy Vessely as president and Mike Meyer as vice president.

Vessely replaces Ermel Quevedo, who now is CEO. Vessely, who also was recently appointed president-elect for the American Council of Engineering Companies of Oregon, has more than 24 years of geotechnical experience in the Pacific Northwest.

Meyer has more than 20 years of geotechnical experience in the Pacific Northwest.
