Stockhoff made Washington County engineer

Gary A. Stockhoff recently was appointed Washington County engineer. Since September 2008, Stockhoff has managed the county鈥檚 Capital Project Management division, which administers major roadway construction projects. He previously held key management positions for the city of Reno, Nev., the city of Camas, Wash., and the city of Turlock, Calif.
