Skanska’s Oregon office recently added three employees.

Kelly Roth, new project executive, has 29 years of experience. He previously was a project executive, senior vice president and operating officer at JE Dunn Construction. Roth will be responsible for generating new business, negotiating contracts, estimating, bidding and managing assigned projects.

Stephanie Houchins, new marketing director, has 15 years of experience. She previously served as marketing director for JE Dunn Construction. Houchins will lead the office’s marketing team, and coordinate proposals, determine trade show participation, develop collateral pieces and local advertising, and serve as the local brand manager.

Kevin Morris, new director of project accounting, has approximately 20 years of experience. He previously was chief financial officer and controller for Summit Contracting Group in Jacksonville, Fla. Morris will be responsible for supporting all accounting needs for Oregon-based projects, including financial reporting, project risk mitigation, project accounting budgets and closing deadlines.
