NBS Real Estate Capital hires Hyland

NBS Real Estate Capital LLC recently hired Brett Hyland as senior vice president. He will oversee institutional marketing and investor relations, and also serve on the investment committee of Morrison Street Fund IV. Hyland has more than 20 years of experience serving institutional, tax-exempt investors. He previously performed services for Wall Street Associates, Safeco Asset Management Co. and U.S. Bank.
