Grubb & Ellis recognizes 2 top brokers

Grubb & Ellis Co. recently announced that executive vice presidents Brad Fletcher and David Squire were recognized as two of its top brokerage professionals for 2010. Fletcher also was honored as the company鈥檚 top industrial producer for last year.
Fletcher has approximately 30 years of experience in commercial real estate. He specializes in leases and sales of industrial, technology, office and mixed-use investment property and land.
Squire, who joined Grubb & Ellis in 1990, specializes in tenant representation, corporate advisory services and office investment sales.
