Otak hires Kenyon in Lake Oswego

Otak Inc. recently hired Carla Kenyon, a civil engineer in training, to join the firm鈥檚 corporate office in Lake Oswego. Kenyon specializes in transportation, planning and urban design. She recently worked on roadway projects on federal lands in Oregon, Washington, Montana, Idaho and Alaska. She received a Bachelor of Science in engineering from the University of Portland.
