Porter certified in fraud prevention

Geffen Mesher & Co. PC announced that shareholder Dave Porter recently earned the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners’ Certified Fraud Examiner designation, which denotes proven expertise in fraud prevention, detection and deterrence. Porter is the leader of the firm’s forensic accounting practice. He has 20 years of experience in public accounting as well as 17 years in private industry.
