Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt announced recently that Catherine Brinkman, David Kopilak and Greg Mallory were named shareholders. All three attorneys are in the law firm鈥檚 Portland office.

Brinkman focuses her practice in the areas of construction and commercial litigation. Her experience includes public and private contracting issues, commercial litigation, real estate and business disputes, and transactional work.

Kopilak focuses his practice on business and corporate law. He has experience in negotiating and drafting contracts, buying and selling businesses, organizing corporations and limited liability companies, and advising clients on a variety of general business matters.

Mallory focuses his practice in the areas of business and corporate law, as well as securities and corporate finance.
