James Bradshaw recently joined the Portland office of Ball Janik LLP as special counsel in the government contracts practice group. He focuses his practice on government contracts and business transactions, both domestic and international. Bradshaw previously was assistant general counsel for the government systems division of FLIR Systems Inc., an Oregon company that designs, manufactures and markets advanced thermal imaging and threat detection systems for government, commercial and industrial applications.
