Norris, Beggs & Simpson Cos. is preparing for a leadership transition.

Jan Robertson will serve as CEO, while J. Clayton Hering will be chairman of the board. Two of the company鈥檚 divisions are gaining new presidents: Chris Johnson will serve as president of NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson, and Ken Griggs will be president of NBS Financial Services.

Also, H. Roger Qualman will be chief operating officer of NAI NBS, and oversee the brokerage and property management divisions. Jeff Borlaug, principal and managing director of brokerage, who became a partner earlier this year, will increase his management responsibility in Portland brokerage operations.
