2 from WEST Consultants elected ASCE officers

Two members of WEST Consultants’ Salem office were elected officers of the ASCE Capital Branch of the American Society of Civil Engineers. Kevin Denn was voted president-elect and Ken Puhn will be secretary. Denn joined WEST Consultants’ hydraulic engineering staff in 2010. He previously served as the Capital Branch’s secretary. Puhn is a senior hydrologist and has been with WEST for 10 years.
