Payne hired at Bainbridge

Designer Heidi Payne recently joined Bainbridge, a Portland-based planning and project management firm. During five years in the industry she has developed a specialty in commercial and hospitality projects. She is presently working on projects for Wells Fargo and the city of Lake Oswego.
