Project scope: Phase I scope of work will add structural support for a new safety deposit room behind the existing teller line and build out of the corresponding storage room and viewing area; completed by October 31, 2011. Additionally, phase 2 will be expanding an existing break area and expanding the small IT closet on the mezzanin level; completed by December 5, 2011. All work will be off hours.
