General contractor is performing a tenant improvement in Northeast Portland for Better People, an organization that provides employment services for people with legal histories.聽 Starting with a shell on the ground floor of the Planned Parenthood building, LMC installed metal stud framing and drywall, fire sprinklers, and heating and electrical systems.聽 Design work on the 1900-square-foot space was handled by .聽 Work began in late September, and is expected to be completed around the first week of November.
