Howard received OSU award

Dunn Carney鈥檚 Elizabeth E. Howard this year received Oregon State University鈥檚 College of Agricultural Sciences Alumni Luminary Award, which recognizes individuals whose career and community contributions early in their careers have earmarked them as future leaders. Howard is recognized at a state level as an authority on federal and state water quality regulation policies and their impact on agriculture.
