Richard W. Miller has moved his practice to the Bend office of Cosgrave Vergeer Kester LLP. His practice focuses on business, as well as estate and trust planning and administration. He joined Cosgrave Vergeer Kester in 2003 and serves as chairman of its business practice group. Although Miller will work mainly out of the Bend branch, he will visit the firm鈥檚 head office in Portland on a monthly basis.
