Guy Neal was named president of PBS Engineering + Environmental. He has more than 24 years of management experience and previously served as chief operating officer and principal of the firm鈥檚 engineering division.

Brian Stanford, a principal of the firm鈥檚 Seattle and eastern operations, was appointed COO. He has been with the firm for more than 19 years and has managed the Washington office since 1995.
