Titan Utilities鈥� John Kalkhoven, left, receives the 2011 Contractor of the Year award from Steve Dukart, president of the National Utility Contractors Association of Oregon and Southwest Washington, during the group鈥檚 annual chapter awards event last month. Kalkhoven, who is a past president of the chapter, was recognized for his dedication to the industry during the past year. Other chapter members honored were: Dawn Morse of D.P. Nicoli, Associate of the Year; Hank Lane of Coffman Excavation, Committee Person of the Year; Cynthia Hilton of Biggs Insurance Services, Outstanding Achievement Award; and Jeff Broyles of Beecher Carlson Insurance Agency, Outstanding Achievement Award.
