is performing a quick tenant improvement on a bagel restaurant in Beaverton for . The former Noah’s Bagels is being converted to an Einstein Bros. Bagels, and a complete interior renovation includes new carpet and tile flooring, lighting, kitchen equipment and dining tables. Demolition on the site began last week, and the new restaurant is slated to open Dec. 14. TS Construction Management is simultaneously converting another Noah’s Bagels in Hillsboro.
