Shiau Yen Chin-Dennis recently joined K&L Gates LLP as a corporate associate in the firm鈥檚 Portland office. Her background includes experience working on cross-border matters, particularly in the Asia-Pacific region. She most recently worked at SAS Institute Inc., an intelligence-software company headquartered in Cary, N.C. At K&L Gates she will focus on corporate transactions, market entry and exit, restructuring, governance and executive employment agreements.
