Michael joins Capital Pacific Bank as senior vice-president

Chuck Michael joined Capital Pacific Bank as senior vice-president and business development officer. He will focus on development of commercial loan business. He has more than 40 years of experience in banking and most recently worked as a division manager handling commercial lending operations for First Independent Bank in Vancouver, Wash.
