Jay Smith-Hill joined Lane Powell鈥檚 Intellectual Property and Technology Practice Group, where he will divide his practice between litigation and patent prosecution, and performing freedom-to-operate analyses. He previously worked as an attorney at Chernoff Vilhauer LLP, where he focused his practice on intellectual property litigation and patent prosecution. He also has experience providing practical and effective intellectual property strategies and solutions to small businesses and entrepreneurs operating with limited resources.
